Here is something you don't see every day, a top-of-the-line Vantage X-99 in beautiful metallic burgundy red, in excellent condition. The guitar features the MMK-53 pups, which are wired so that each pup can do 3 sounds: Front Coil / HB / Rear Coil, and in the middle position you can get 9 more combinations, not to mention the ability to blend with the volume control. All this flexibility would be meaningless if the guitar does not sound great, and all the MMK53 combinations actually sound fantastic, as this is a perfect marriage with the woody through-neck design, to give you a guitar that not only looks very sexy, but sounds killer as well.

Cosmetically, this guitar is practically a time-capsule, with little or no wear, just a tiny ding on the headstock, and it is overall unbelievably nice for a 1984 guitar, not to mention one as rare and hard to find as the Vantage X-99.
