Six top-shelf SDC mics can set you back around $10k, and this case is designed to protect your investment by keeping the mics at low humidity levels, and providing a shock-protected, sealed environment for storage and/or travel.

The case is designed to handle the typical 20mm and 21mm SDC body width, and the photo shows a pair of Schoeps CMT 56s, and CMC64, an M221/M934b tube mic with an extra MK241 capsule, and AKG C460, and a CMT 541, to give you an idea of the size of mic it was made for. In addition to this, you get a set of Sorbent Systems DriBox rechargeable silica gel containers, which can be recharged 1,000 times to keep the mics in corrosion-free low humidity for many years to come. The hygrometer monitors the ambient humity and temp, and is velcro attached, and also displays the temp in either Fahrenheit or Centigrade.
