Up for sale is a classic M88TG dynamic in excellent condition. This mic is a design from the early '60s that has been updated with a more robust Tour Group "TG" headbasket design for live tour use. The mic is known for it's strong sensitivity, and extended frequency response. It also has a great low-end, and can take high SPLs, and as a result it is often used for kick drum. But this is a true 'Desert Island' mic, excelling on multiple sources, such as vocals, toms, guitar and bass amps, as well as acoustic guitar and acoustic bass. It has such incredible versatility, and is on the short list of the best dynamic mics ever made. The mic works perfectly, is in excellent condition, and comes with a Beyerdynamic mic pouch and a Sennheiser mic clip that fits the M88 perfectly.
