Up for consideration is a vintage AKG C452 EB condenser mic with a AKG CK1 Cardioid capsule. These are great studio mics for acoustic instruments, and also are great for remote location recording. This is a early C452 serial # mic, with the capsule's paper, ink-stamped label. New, these C451 mics are selling for $499 (and are not nearly as good), so here is a great opportunity to own a much better-sounding, vintage C452 EB in very good condition and still save about $150!!!

CLASSIC VINTAGE SOUND
C452 / CK1 Cardioid's have a great vintage character and tone that imparts a smoothness and musicality to your tracks. The early C452 EB body in good condition, and sounds great. This is a very good example of both the C452 EB body, and a newer CK1 capsule head.
