Ebay ad description follows, but is probably not 100% accurate. I.e., this is most likely a factory-made instrument:

"The guitar was hand crafted in Japan and features a solid spruce top and rosewood back and laminated sides. The fingerboard is a nice dark piece of rosewood. The nut and saddle appear to be crafted from bone. The guitar is fitted with an internal microphone that is powered by a nine volt battery mounted on the guitars heel block. Overall this guitar is in excellent condition. There are a few small dings and scratches but nothing major. The guitar will ship in a gigbag."
